Excellent location with restaurants and bars nearby. Spacious rooms, although the bathroom could be bigger. The shower was good. The hotel has a charming antique feel.
Breakfast was a disappointment with limited variety, but the staff worked hard to provide personalized service. The overall ambiance of the hotel gives a sense of fading glory, but with some investment, it can reclaim its grandeur.

The Grand Hotel in Krakow is a historical gem, with elegant decor and a fascinating history. The staff is really good, especially Izabela, were great to make our stay nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet is awesome.

This hotel is a luxurious gem in a great location with exclusive amenities. the professional and courteous staff fulfilled our every need, from private facilities to special diet menus. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided amazing food and drinks. the service was exceptional, and we were able to relax in the Jacuzzi, sauna and massage room advantages.
The only minor issue was the noise level from a nearby club, although it didn't affect our bedroom area. this venue provided an amazing experience and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxurious comfort and relaxation.
